Byron Parr

Designer, Co-Founder

Byron is an award winning creative director and product designer, graduating from Central Saint Martins in London. He has worked in fashion, editorial, branding and product design for over a decade.

After working at Wolff Olins and Wallpaper* magazine, Byron moved to San Francisco to work at innovation and design consultancy IDEO, working with clients such as Nike and Samsung. He then moved to New York to be Design Director at M·A·C Cosmetics working with the likes of photographers Sølve Sundsbø, Mario Sorrenti, director Ruth Hogben and stylist Nicola Formichetti.

It was then that he saw a big opportunity to bring the best of San Francisco and New York together - tech, product design and user experience, with high design and the fabulous world of fashion.

In additon to Collectively Assembled, he continues to consult for a number of brands including fashion designer Gareth Pugh.

Chris Parcel

Engineer, Co-Founder

Chris is an entrepreneur, coder, and product guy. His first software endeavor was a mobile flashcard application for the iPod Classic, called Flashcard Machine, that he developed in high school, and scaled and sold during his undergrad years at UCLA. Since then, Chris has been involved with a number of projects in both the consumer and B2B realm as a founder and engineer, such as Cannonball, a group messaging and event planning startup, as well as GRiDD Technologies, a transportation focused mobile technology company.

Chris linked up with Byron shortly after a move to New York City, and they quickly got to work churning out the first version of Figr and OMFG!

When not at the office, Chris can often be found at Tacombi, Output, La Colombe, or Washington Square Park.

Lauren Levinger

Engineer, Co-Founder

Lauren has over five years of extensive experience working as a communications strategist in the fashion, entertainment and beauty industries. After moving to NYC, Lauren secured her first role at CAA, helping develop strategies for many of their marketing clients, including Ebay, Dell and Starbucks.

Showing promise as a young star in the world of Public Relations, Lauren went on to hold a number of PR and Communications positions at a number of firms, including: MAC Cosmetics, where she helped develop concepts for many of the brand collaborations and collection launches, and Coach, where she was in charge of all digital PR. She is now the Director of Communications at VFILES, an exciting new fashion and entertainment platform.

Lauren is also the founder of The Food Life, a food and lifestyle website featuring photographic interviews of influencers from all over the world cooking their favorite dishes.
